When will my items arrive?

 

Beat St Dance Supplies Australia Post as it's carrier for both domestic and international orders. Australia Post is regarded as a reliable and secure method for transportation of your goods. 

Delivery Time

3-7 working days within Australia

5-15 working days outside Australia.  

If you need goods overnight or by a certain date contact us to discuss the options we have available.*

 

The delivery time should only be used as a guide, we expect that most parcels will arrive within the time period stated.  

 

The delivery time may be extended should some items not be available.  In this case you will be able  choice of full ship or part ship: 

Full Ship – Your order will be dispatched only once all products are available.  

Part Ship – Your order may be dispatched in stages as products become available and ready to deliver.  (Additional delivery charges will apply in this case but you can be assured we will only charge you what we will pay ourselves for delivery.) You will not be charged extra handling fees.  .

Please note that we only pay for postage on exchanged/returned items when there is a fault in manufacture and customers will need to pay for return postage in all other cases, such as if you decide that you'd need a different size or would like a different heel.
